The Anahuac International Leadership Congress, organized by the international network of universities of the Regnum Christi, aims to deepen, promote, and disseminate research in leadership.
In this second edition, the organizing venue will be the Anahuac University of Querétaro, in collaboration with the research group in leadership education (EDULID) of the Francisco de Vitoria University, as well as the secretariat of the Anahuac University Network (SERUA).
This Congress will feature presentations on leadership education. Leadership is understood as the action of harmoniously guiding a group of people towards the common good. Those interested are invited to participate with a research presentation on the topic of leadership education, according to the thematic lines indicated below.

Dr. Brooks is the Executive Director of the Oxford Character Project, which is renowned for its programs dedicated to leadership education for students at the prestigious University of Oxford. Dr. Brooks has been highly acclaimed for his outstanding contributions, both within the University of Oxford and in various other platforms. His research focuses on identifying the most efficacious strategies for nurturing virtues and leadership skills among university students. Specifically, he delves into the realm of hope as a virtue, the intricate relationship between character and culture in business, and the development of leadership for the betterment of humanity.
Dr. Guthrie is a faculty member in the Department of Policy Studies and Educational Leadership at Florida State University. Additionally, she serves as the Director of the Leadership Learning Research Center and coordinates the Undergraduate Certificate in Leadership Studies. She is the author and co-author of more than 30 peer-reviewed journal articles, 6 book chapters, and 1 book. She recently co-authored "The Role of Leadership Educators: Transforming Learning."
Dr. Ortiz de Montellano currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Anahuac Network. He has been the president of Anahuac University in Puebla and the dean of the Faculty of Education at Francisco de Vitoria University. His research area is leadership in education. Additionally, he teaches in master's and doctoral programs within the Anahuac Network, both in-person and online.
